Today, we are looking for our Technical Expert EPM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Technical Expert EPM, you will work as a consulting team member or an individual technical/business-solutions consultant on a for-fee basis, in the consolidation & regulatory practice of FRA Services team.

Consulting work may include technical consulting including product implementation, integration or audit projects and implementing solutions to meet client's needs.

Duties: Ensure software installation, technical support, and contribute to the technical offering in France.

Responsibilities: Installation: Efficiently install, configure, and deploy software in accordance with technical requirements.

Technical Support: Provide high-level technical assistance to clients, resolve technical issues, and offer first-level support.

Performance Optimization: Collaborate on optimizing the performance of EPM software to ensure smooth and effective usage in coordination with the Italian teams.

Client Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions for clients.

Communication: Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients to address their technical needs.

Sales Effort: Assist the pre-sales team in responding to RFPs and presenting the technical aspects (cloud, etc.).

Collaborate with the "functional" counterpart in the implementation of technical offerings (stress tests, FAM, automation).

Required Skills:

Strong technical skills in EPM.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication with clients.

Knowledge of best practices in installation and technical support.

Degree in computer science or a related field.

Personal Qualities:

Customer-focused.

Organizational and planning skills.

Ability to work independently.

Adaptability to evolving technical environments.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in software installation and technical support for EPM software.

Education:

Degree in computer science or a related field.

Required Skills and Specifications:

Languages : fluent in French and in English

Location: Paris La Defense, flex-office mode

Some travels may be required (Paris area)
