      We’re seeking an experienced, professional to manage key regions, markets, and distributor relationships while acting as an ambassador for VI's professional products and services. This role offers you the opportunity to combine your commercial expertise, and passion for the veterinary industry to achieve tangible results.

      About the Role

      As Export Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of business performance across your assigned regions. Your responsibilities will include:

      • Driving Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and ensure revenue and profit growth in line with company objectives.

      • Building Relationships: Forge strong working connections with distributors, high-profile veterinary groups, Key Opinion Leaders, and Covetrus colleagues.

      • Strategic Planning: Use data-driven insights to develop tailored strategies for your regions and customers, supporting commercial and business objectives.

      • Promoting the Brand: Represent VI at industry events, conferences, and training sessions to further establish our brand presence in the market.

      • Operational Excellence: Manage logistics, promotional activities, rebate schemes, and sales reporting to maintain performance and profitability.

      What We’re Looking For

      To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

      • Experience: Previous sales experience in the veterinary or animal health sector, and experience managing distributors across multiple markets is a plus.

      • Skills: Strong commercial awareness, relationship management, and IT proficiency.

      • Education: A degree in a relevant field or demonstrable sales success in a similar role.

      • Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

      • Practical Requirements: A full driving licence and a willingness to travel internationally.
