What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build new relationships and membership through sales initiatives and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain current knowledge of SCCU lending and deposit account promotions
- Develop and analyze reports to monitor performance and service levels
- Deliver required reporting to the Director of Retail Services in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 Years of proven sales techniques required
- Ability to obtain CUNA Mutual licensing within the first eight weeks of employment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic mathematics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior banking/credit union experience is desired
