      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and oversee statewide recruitment efforts for agricultural education programs
      - Promote agricultural education and NY secondary teacher certification pathways to diverse audiences
      - Support educators through statewide initiatives and develop resources for agricultural education programs
      - Manage logistics for conferences and events while supporting recruitment and retention initiatives
      - Foster a culture of belonging and psychological safety within the work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
      - Experience in supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and well-being
      - Familiarity with the NYS TEACH System and certification pathways
      - Strong knowledge of agricultural education and FFA programs
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in agriculture, education, or a similar field with 7-10 years of experience in teaching
      - Experience with agricultural education and FFA at the middle or high school level
      - Understanding of the NY State Education Department CTE Program Approval Process
      - Knowledge or working experience with supervised agricultural experiences
      - Ability to adapt communication styles to various cultural environments and audiences
