      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and oversee statewide recruitment efforts for agricultural education
      - Promote agricultural education and NY secondary teacher certification pathways to diverse audiences
      - Support new teachers and develop resources for agricultural education programs
      - Handle logistics for conferences and events related to agricultural education
      - Engage with secondary and post-secondary students, educators, and administrators to advance agricultural education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
      - Experience in and/or commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing
      - Familiarity with the NYS TEACH System and certification pathways
      - Strong knowledge of agricultural education models and FFA programs
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in agriculture, education, or a related field
      - Seven to ten years of experience in teaching or related fields
      - Understanding of the NY State Education Department CTE Program Approval Process
      - Experience navigating the NY teacher certification process
      - Ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences
