What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist in recruiting new representatives and provide mentorship for current reps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services
- Life Insurance License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in external sales or a similar role
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail ensuring speed and accuracy
- Experience in training or mentoring sales representatives
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
