What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver course content and assessments while engaging students to drive academic success
- Maintain an engaged classroom presence and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform additional duties such as coaching and tutoring to support student learning
- Attend faculty meetings and maintain knowledge of university updates and standards
- Instruct in an online environment and adapt to technology changes as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related area, or a Master's degree with relevant graduate credits in Psychology
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable professional experience with a Doctorate or 5 years with a Master's
- Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
- Professional experience related to content area or post-secondary teaching of comparable courses
- One record of scholarship engagement within the last five years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory
- High problem-solving and decision-making ability to assess student work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with diverse constituencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite programs
