Job Description

- Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace
- Recruiting, managing and mentoring of facilities engineering staff (facilities defined as including but not limited to building enclosure consulting, structural systems consulting, forensic investigations, field performance testing, property condition assessments (PCAs), and code compliance and consulting services
- Working with local office construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff as appropriate
- Senior level review and preparation of facilities reports
- Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services
- Financial management and full responsibility for profit/loss performance
- As the Facilities group has significant growth potential identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. Those opportunities can be both in added geographic focus areas as well as additional service lines.
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering – other similar engineering degrees considered if program is ABET accredited
- 10+ years of technical and managerial experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE), or Registered Architect (RA) or ability to obtain within six months
