      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in coordinating data inquiries and writing investment justifications for resource requirements
      - Support the Government in consolidating requirements and drafting documentation for budget requests
      - Coordinate with ICE Facilities Leadership on financial analysis and documentation for resource allocation
      - Track and process financial data in SAP and generate external reports for the PMO
      - Draft, edit, and review documents related to financial processes and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. citizenship
      - Ability to obtain ICE suitability (current ICE or DHS suitability is preferred)
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration-Finance
      - Five (5) years of experience managing programs/projects in federal real property management
      - Seven (7) years of supervisory experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Government budget and knowledge of Federal Appropriations Law
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
      - Experience in dashboard development for financial reporting
      - Proficiency in Visio for decision tree development
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
