- As a client Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings.
- Vendor management
- Light maintenance responsibilities
- Scheduling maintenance
- Financials, operations budgets, capital planning
- Interface with business units as needed
- Work orders, setups, janitorial
- Contract management, janitorial, HVAC
- Minimum of 3 years FM experience
- FM-related experience
- Good communication skills
- Good financial acumen
- Computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint
- Minimum of 3 years
- High School Diploma
- MS Office Suite
