Job Description

- Oversee operations, staffing, performance, and service delivery to client locations in collaboration with the Regional Facilities Manager
- Ensure client satisfaction through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity; manage feedback and conduct relationship meetings
- Perform site inspections, assist with budgets, and support short and long-term projects
- Develop and implement the annual management plan; achieve key performance indicators
- Assist with reporting and maximize utilization of suppliers, including M/WBE
- Ensure compliance with JLL audit standards, asset maintenance, and work order completion
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and legal standards; implement portfolio-wide initiatives
- Share best practices and assist with annual management and capital plans
- Develop innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Coordinate with vendors, monitor customer satisfaction, and collaborate on sourcing opportunities
- 5+ years of facility management experience
- Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to analyze data
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and polished presentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management; MBA desirable
- Experience managing retail and cafe spaces
