What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement standard programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance
- Train account personnel in proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for assigned projects
- Provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record defining and implementing change strategies
- Valid driver's license and authorized to drive a company vehicle
