What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in defining and implementing change strategies
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle
