What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level
- Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants
- Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for the efficient operation of restaurant facilities
- Train restaurant staff on maintenance and troubleshooting of facility issues
- Provide comprehensive maintenance visit recaps detailing strengths and areas of opportunity related to facilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, commercial cooking equipment, and basic HVAC/refrigeration
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing facilities safety requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules effectively
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report to travel between restaurants
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience with two years of training in facilities maintenance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or appliance repair
- Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance within the food service industry
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff on facility maintenance concepts
