What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform repair and maintenance on HVAC equipment in assigned clubs, ensuring optimal operation
- Troubleshoot and replace serviceable components of HVAC systems as directed
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks on HVAC components
- Collaborate with club management to address maintenance needs and repairs
- Facilitate district-level special projects and provide technical support to Facilities Technicians

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC service and repairs or in-house Facilities Technician experience
- E.P.A. Type Universal Certification
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair abilities of various HVAC systems
- Ability to read and understand HVAC-related blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety protocols related to HVAC activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or other codes overlapping HVAC
- Vocational training in a facilities or maintenance program
- Operating knowledge of multi-meters and computerized air quality meters
- Experience managing relationships with HVAC vendors
- Ability to decipher and react to HVAC-related blueprints and schematics
