- Assist Facilities and EVS Manager in daily operations of repair and maintenance
- Promptly handles all maintenance problems within the department areas of responsibility.
- Ensure that premises and equipment are well maintained, clean and safe.
- Follows procedures as pertains to assignment of tasks, use of equipment, safety, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensures the efficient and prompt handling of all department work orders and requests.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety.
- Adheres to all safety requirements and company safety policies. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques. Ensures all safety standards are met and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.
- Advises management of repairs, replacements, and maintenance necessary in assigned areas.
- Works within budgetary constraints to be cost effective and efficient.
- Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Works physically onsite and provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests as required.

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- 2 years related experience with working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and other repair work required.
- Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented.
- Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The Team Member frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Must be able to work on ladders and lifts.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, increasing to loud when on the casino floor.
SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining buildings and property in quality condition. Repairs and conducts maintenance of buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
