      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review patient medical records to assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes
      - Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology, hospital policies, and government regulations
      - Solve coding concerns, maintain accuracy, and identify billing errors
      - Manage workload independently, adapt to evolving responsibilities, and collaborate with team members
      - Interact with diverse staff, demonstrate active listening, and maintain professionalism during stressful situations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, or CCA certification with a minimum of 4 years of experience
      - ICD-10 coding experience and medical field knowledge
      - Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and organizational skills
      - Clear communication, active listening, and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-year experience in ICD-10 coding or medical field
      - Experience in conflict management and problem-solving
