What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all contracted providers meet qualifications to provide care through facility credentialing
- Review and verify provider credentials, including licenses and certifications, in a timely manner
- Maintain and load provider credentialing information into the system
- Correct errors in data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in calls with network services staff for troubleshooting and assist with credentialing committee processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare field required
- Prior credentialing experience required
- Must be fluent in all provider types and able to work independently
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to accurately enter data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in network services data management
- Prior experience with Medicare Advantage plans
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task workload
- Effective written and spoken communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
