What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all contracted providers meet qualifications to provide care by working closely with multiple departments
- Review and verify credentials, including licenses and certifications, in a timely manner
- Maintain and load provider credentialing information into the system
- Contact providers to obtain missing and/or incorrect documentation and follow up as necessary
- Participate in calls with network services staff to assist with troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare field required
- Prior credentialing experience required
- Proficient computer skills and ability to accurately enter data into information systems
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in network services data management preferred
- Prior experience with Medicare Advantage plans preferred
