What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all contracted providers meet qualifications to provide care through close collaboration with multiple departments
- Review and verify provider credentials, including licenses and certifications, in a timely manner
- Maintain and update provider credentialing information in the system
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and NCQA Standards
- Contact providers to obtain missing or incorrect documentation and follow up as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare field required
- Prior credentialing experience required
- Proficient computer skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task workload
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in network services data management preferred
- Prior experience with Medicare Advantage plans preferred
