What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise and guidance on security administrative functions in compliance with NISP
- Manage the processing of personnel security clearances and maintain related records
- Execute the insider threat program and serve as the divisional representative on the Corporate Compliance Council
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and compliance under government prime contracts
- Generate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluate proposals from subcontractors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
- At least four (4) years of experience in contract administration, with two (2) years in federal contracting
- Must possess a clearance or be eligible for Top Secret access to classified information
- Significant experience with NBIS/DISS/NISS and familiarity with federal contracting processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPCM and/or CFCM certification
- Unison Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience
- Advanced project management skills and collaboration experience with diverse customers
