- Assist with daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure the facility equipment is working properly.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorizes carpets.
- Cleans dining rooms and common areas.
- Clean restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
- Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal in accordance with department procedures.
- Assist in cleaning windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
- Set up and take down furniture and equipment for events or meetings.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Support Manager.
- Assist with inventory management by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies.
- Complete work orders timely through an electronic portal system.
- Assist with room moves including furniture, clothing, and other personal items.
- At least 1 year of experience in custodial work
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license (Required)
- Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance work (Preferred)

Schedule : 16-29 hours per week | 3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am | Rotating weekends and holidays
Shift Differentials: Beginning 10:31pm - 7:00am $ 0.75

What You’ll Do in This Role:
The Facility Support Personnel will assist in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. They must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents/personnel.Primary Responsibilities:
