Randstad @ Factor is looking for Sanitation and Sanitation Dish team members. Factor is a company out of HelloFresh that specializes in making and distributing ready-to-eat meals that folks can heat up in their microwave. Located off of Litchfield Rd, just north of the Goodyear Airport.

Pay rates:

Day Shift: $17.50

Shifts starting on or after 6PM: $18.50

All talent receive $1 differential on Sat & Sun, paid weekly on Fridays

Talent are asked to restock PPE, sweep, mop, sanitize, etc. the production floor and general warehouse [35F]. Sanitation Dish talent are in the warm and humid dish room and are asked to clean and sterilize all dishware and food containers [80F].

Environment:

Cold Prep area: 30F-38F

Sanitation Dish Room 75-80F

Talent are asked to stand for 8-12 hours per shift

Occasionally asked to lift up to 20lbs and group lift up to 50lbs

NON SLIP SHOES ARE REQUIRED

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Attention to detail with basic skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication & division

salary: $17.5 - $19.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Tasks include:

• Restocking PPE such as gloves, beard nets, etc
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintenance of warehouse floors
• Maintaining of all warehouse surfaces & containers
• Follow all Randstad and Factor GMP and Safety Guidelines
