What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development of faculty to enhance efficiency and student experience
- Create and coordinate teaching and learning activities, including training needs assessments
- Coach faculty members on classroom delivery and performance practices
- Evaluate instructor progress and implement training and professional development initiatives
- Develop and maintain learning records, performance evaluation models, and development plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in education or a related field
- Secondary Education Teacher Certificate or relevant experience
- Minimum of three years of experience teaching adult learners
- Ability to communicate effectively with campus and corporate management
- Remote work with occasional travel required

- Knowledge of higher education best practices in faculty development programs
- Experience with distance learning and learning management systems
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships
