What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with leadership to identify immediate and future faculty staffing needs
- Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates for physician and research positions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty candidates during virtual and on-campus interviews
- Arrange logistical support for visiting candidates, including transportation and accommodations
- Maintain organized recruitment materials and process reimbursements associated with faculty recruitment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in recruitment and candidate management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
- Must complete all required training modules upon joining

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment
- Familiarity with financial procedures related to recruitment and expense management
- Experience in a healthcare or academic environment
