What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support technical assistance engagements related to fair housing and community development
- Craft communications, design graphics, and execute strategic marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the development of outreach and training resources, including webinars and events
- Ensure high-quality work is delivered on-budget and promptly
- Manage logistics and materials for webinars and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year supporting Communications for Fair Housing programs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social justice, communications, graphic design, and marketing roles
- A Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
- Experience with video editing and production
