What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a small caseload of families involved with Child Welfare in Lane County
- Provide skill-building and parent coaching to families
- Connect families to community resources to address safety threats/concerns
- Attend meetings with ODHS to provide updates and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (additional education in social services may substitute for experience)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
- Willingness to work irregular days and/or hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in case management or working with families in a social services context
- Familiarity with community resources available for families in need
- Additional education in social services or a related field
