      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare trial binders and ensure their efficient organization
      - Manage tasks using the MyCase case management system
      - Draft legal documents including motions, proposed orders, and settlement agreements
      - Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and mediations
      - Maintain regular communication with clients to gather necessary information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three to five years of experience as a family law paralegal
      - Possession of a paralegal certificate or an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies
      - Extensive knowledge in legal drafting and processes
      - Proficient in preparing trial binders
      - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in family law is required
      - Estate planning experience is highly desired
      - Familiarity with MyCase (case management system) is a plus
      - Maryland and DC experience is highly desired but not required
