      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
      - Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing evidence and drafting motions
      - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
      - Manage case files and maintain both physical and electronic documents
      - Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
      - At least 2 years of family law paralegal experience
      - Strong research and writing skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced legal environment
      - Familiarity with case management software
      - Additional certifications in specialized areas of law
