What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support, education, and advocacy to families with behavioral health needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Personal, lived experience as a family member, primary caregiver, or ally of an individual with a behavioral health challenge
- Specific lived experience in the program focus area hired to fulfill
- Must live in Charles county
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with state and local resources

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience assisting other families to obtain appropriate services and supports for their child or family members
- Familiarity with public speaking and conducting outreach to the community
- Strong computer skills and the ability to efficiently utilize internet search to identify resources
- Ability to use a database like Salesforce
- Current Maryland driver's license and access to own vehicle
