      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement individualized service plans across various program areas such as In Home, Foster Care, and Child Protective Services
      - Conduct interviews, assess client needs, and refer clients to appropriate resources
      - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend coverage
      - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to service delivery and client interactions
      - Work independently while seeking supervisory input in unusual situations or when required by policy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or in any field with two years of related experience
      - Knowledge of social work principles, human behavior, and related social issues
      - Proficient in operating a motor vehicle and personal computer, including Microsoft Office
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement service plans
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Possession of a BSW or MSW degree
      - Experience working with families to prevent out-of-home placements
      - Demonstrated ability to provide court testimony
      - Considerable knowledge of public child welfare experience, including CPS and Foster Care
      - Experience working with diverse client groups in human services settings
