What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments as requested by TFCN staff
- Observe and supervise parent-child visitations, ensuring needs are met
- Complete documentation concerning client contact, including data entry into case management systems
- Maintain scheduling requests and appointment calendars for TFCN staff
- Perform various clerical duties to support unit operations, including answering calls and managing correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in social services, clerical, secretarial, or administrative support roles, or thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances; completion of CPSL Mandated Reporter training
- Ability to meet physical demands and complete Crisis Intervention & Prevention training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience working with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS)
