What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments as needed
- Observe and supervise parent-child visitations to ensure safety and meet needs
- Complete necessary documentation concerning client contact and data entry
- Maintain appointment calendar for scheduling requests
- Perform various clerical duties such as typing, filing, and answering phone inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of experience in social services, clerical, or administrative support
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Clearances: State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances
- Completion of CPSL Mandated Reporter training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Experience working with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS)
