What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide intensive family preservation services using the HOMEBUILDERS® model, including crisis intervention and counseling
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop intervention goals and service plans with families
- Maintain clear documentation of treatment efforts and client progress
- Serve as an advocate for clients and assist with concrete services, such as transportation
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance service quality and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Human Services, or a related field, with at least two years of experience working with children and families, or a Master's degree in a related field with relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse families and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience in the U.S.

- Familiarity with state, community, and agency resources
