What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide intensive family preservation services using the HOMEBUILDERS® model, including crisis intervention and counseling
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop intervention goals in collaboration with families
- Maintain clear documentation of treatment efforts and client progress
- Be available to clients 24/7 and arrange appropriate coverage when needed
- Stay updated on community resources and regulatory requirements related to social services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Human Services, or a related field with at least two years of experience working with children and families, or a Master's degree with relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and at least three years of driving experience in the U.S.

- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends
