      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide intensive family preservation services using the HOMEBUILDERS® model, including crisis intervention and counseling
      - Conduct thorough data collection and reporting in a timely manner
      - Develop intervention goals and service plans in collaboration with family members
      - Assess home safety and structure, using clinical strategies to promote family safety
      - Maintain clear documentation of treatment efforts and submit weekly progress reports to supervisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Human Services, or a related field with at least two (2) years of experience working with children and families, or a Master's degree in a related field with relevant experience
      - Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures and sensitivity to cultural differences
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
      - Valid driver's license with at least three (3) years of driving experience in the U.S. and willingness to work outside normal business hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing clinical and crisis intervention services
      - Knowledge of state, community, and agency resources
      - Proven ability to engage and empower clients in a nonjudgmental manner
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for essential functions
