What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the designated territory in collaboration with the supervisor
- Document interactions with members/customers in Salesforce within 24 hours
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with DFA members and prospective customers
- Attend farm shows, membership meetings, and other events as necessary to promote services
- Utilize marketing resources to identify outreach efforts for members in the assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Business Management or Animal Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct on-farm sales or equivalent business experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with dairy farms and dairy farming practices
- Highly motivated and able to organize multiple activities within a defined geographic area
- Excellent communication skills to educate customers about the benefits of services offered
