      Administration Officer (Fixed term to March 2025)

      (Salary Range: £24,482 - £29,591; Full-time 37 hours a week)

      The Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Cornwall AONB are looking for an Administration Officer to provide an efficient and effective support service to the successful Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) programme. Under the direction of the Manager and FIPL Officers within the AONB teams you will be responsible for providing high quality, prompt and accurate administrative support to the FiPL programme. The role includes monitoring key performance information required to ensure that the AONB teams meet their deadlines in terms of information gathering, grant reporting and grant claim processing. The post holder will be 0.8 FTE with the Tamar Valley AONB and 0.2 FTE with the Cornwall AONB.

      Farming in Protected Landscapes is a Defra funded programme delivered locally by AONBs and National Parks. The programme helps farmers and land managers to prepare for the transition to Environmental Land Management Schemes by supporting the delivery of environmental benefits and public goods through the programme outcomes of climate, nature, people and place.
