What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze proposed prices, forecast trends, and estimate service costs for federal contracts
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and conduct cost analysis to support decision-making
- Develop pre-negotiation positions and assist in contract negotiations
- Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to clients and senior leadership
- Administer and evaluate contract terms while ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in contracting
- At least 1 year of experience using a financial system (Unanet Financial System preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year managing federal government contracts in a professional services environment
- Experience in building FFP, CPFF, and T&M related pricing proposals
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel including Pivot tables and formulas
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
