      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote corporate governance through subject matter expertise in FedRAMP and CMMC
      - Facilitate internal and external audits and other compliance program requests
      - Lead client interviews and assessment activities
      - Support the FedRAMP/CMMC program, ensuring milestones are met
      - Test security controls and document results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a FedRAMP or CMMC Assessor or relevant experience in implementing an enterprise-wide FedRAMP/CMMC program
      - Excellent written communication and presentation skills
      - Extensive knowledge of DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, and CMMC security frameworks
      - Direct experience with compliance audits by an accredited 3PAO
      - Passion for business process improvement and removing friction from systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with NIST 800-171, NIST 800-172, and NIST 800-53 frameworks
      - Experience as a Federal Compliance evangelist at industry events
