What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of support functions for the Resilience and Recovery Fellows Program
- Gather data and research to inform program support and community partners
- Analyze funding opportunities and make recommendations to program leaders
- Assist with program operations, including scheduling, reporting, and event preparation
- Manage overall Fellows network mapping for identifying additional opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- General understanding of Federal and State Disaster Programs
- Experience in project or program management with strong organizational skills
- Excellent relationship management skills for internal and external interactions
- Ability to adapt comfortably to ambiguity and uncertainty
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination
