What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement the annual Quality Improvement Program in collaboration with the Medical Director and PACE Program Director
- Schedule and coordinate quality committee meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Analyze and report on clinical quality projects and quality initiatives
- Participate in CMS PACE audits, ensuring compliance oversight and maintaining necessary documentation
- Oversee the PACE program’s infection control program and monitor related databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- NY License in one of the following disciplines: RN, LPN, PT, or OT
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with the older adult population
- Strong project management, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and lead performance improvement teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with regulatory readiness or quality improvement initiatives
- Competence in medical record review and data extraction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Nextgen EHR
