What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and support for customers on SOPHiA GENETICS solutions
- Build effective relationships with clients and monitor feedback on product usage
- Participate in laboratory projects and elaborate laboratory documents
- Gather and communicate customer feedback for product development and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams for market implementation of new solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Life Sciences; PhD preferred
- Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation and liquid handling robots
- Excellent customer relations and service skills
- Willingness to travel to various locations for training and customer support (minimum 50%)
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Hamilton or Beckman liquid handling robots
- Exceptional scientific communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
