What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the entire customer success continuum, including installation, training, applications development, and service support
- Understand customer application requirements and provide high-quality pre-sales support
- Develop applications with customers and ensure success in target markets such as genomics and drug discovery
- Document and manage applications and service caseload using the Salesforce platform
- Perform technical service, maintenance, and repairs of liquid handling equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Engineering, or a related field
- Technical expertise working in a laboratory setting within the biotech field
- Knowledge of drug discovery, synthetic biology, and molecular biology workflows
- Experience with liquid handling systems
- 60-80% travel required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing automated methods on liquid handlers, particularly in liquid class development
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English
