What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the entire customer success continuum, including installation, training, application development, and service support
- Translate customer application requirements into high-quality pre-sales support and facilitate onboarding
- Collaborate with customers to develop applications and ensure success in target markets like genomics and drug discovery
- Document and manage applications and service caseload using the Salesforce platform
- Provide technical service, maintenance, and repairs for liquid handling equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Engineering, or a related field
- Technical expertise and experience in a laboratory setting within the biotech field
- Strong knowledge of drug discovery, synthetic biology, and molecular biology workflows
- Preferred experience with liquid handling and developing automated methods on liquid handlers
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; must be fluent in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with liquid class development for liquid handlers
- Previous roles involving significant travel (60-80%) in a similar field
- Familiarity with SCRUM or agile project management methodologies
- Innovative mindset with a passion for contributing to life sciences
