What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer success through installation, training, applications development, and ongoing service support
- Translate customer application requirements into high-quality pre-sales support and effective onboarding sessions
- Develop applications in collaboration with customers, particularly in genomics and drug discovery
- Document and manage applications and service caseload using Salesforce, including installation and application reports
- Conduct technical service, maintenance, and repairs on liquid handling equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Engineering, or a related field
- Technical expertise in laboratory work within the biotech field
- Strong knowledge of drug discovery and genomics workflows
- Experience with liquid handling systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing automated methods on liquid handlers
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform
- Previous experience in liquid class development
- Willingness to travel 60-80%
