What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding Fluid Management Technologies (FMT) products
- Provide field-based support and training for customers in the Greater Boston Region and New England area
- Assist the Sales team with URS analysis, technical responses, and application trials
- Facilitate the technical closure of sales and support customers during their initial product run
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to troubleshoot and analyze customer processes for effective resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science Biology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in R&D/PD/Scale-up/GMP
- At least 2 years of expertise in Single Use products and applications
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a Master's degree or PhD
- Experience with Sales Force
- Proven ability to interface effectively with product/project/division management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience interacting at various organizational levels including sales and technical teams
