What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide scientific expertise and applications support to customers regarding cellular biology products, particularly primary cells
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver pre- and post-sales support, addressing customer issues with effective solutions
- Partner with Product Management and R&D for BETA testing of new products, gathering insights on market trends and competitive offerings
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through technical mentorship and product evaluations
- Drive product enhancements by collaborating with customers and internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong academic background in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biochemistry, or a similar discipline; advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred
- Knowledge of cellular biology and experience with BETA testing and product development is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to travel domestically within the U.S. as required for the role

- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) with 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the life sciences sector
