What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a strong technical understanding of Pool and Spa products to meet customer needs
- Build relationships with key Pool builders, remodelers, and dealers through training and presentations
- Analyze customer specifications to recommend appropriate product applications and solutions
- Promote Pentair’s products using marketing programs and field resources
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to identify and execute market growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- 3-5 years of experience in the pool and spa industry with strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- High energy, self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting technical training seminars and presentations
- Familiarity with sales incentives and performance metrics in the industry
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to travel up to 40% for business-related meetings and events
