What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site care management services to clients
- Monitor and document case activities in a timely manner
- Review medical aspects of claims and recommend diagnostic procedures and second opinions
- Advise insurance providers, employers, and clients to ensure successful treatment plan implementation
- Travel for in-person consultations to assess treatment progress and make adjustments as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree from an accredited institution in a health or human services discipline
- Current, unrestricted license or certification to practice as required by state regulations
- Completion of supervised field experience in case management, health, or behavioral health as part of degree requirements
- URAC-recognized certification in case management within four years of hire
- Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in case management or related healthcare field
- Additional certifications in case management or healthcare specialties
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
